Terms and Conditions of Use

These terms ("Terms") are a binding agreement between Polina Zisman, Osek Patur (Israel) at Ya'akov Dori St 6, Apt 69, Netanya, Israel ("we", "us"), and anyone who uses sergeyzisman.tech and related services ("you"). Contact: zisman.serg@gmail.com, WhatsApp +972 58-630-5753.

Nothing in these Terms derogates from the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and other mandatory law. If there is a conflict, the law prevails.

Acceptance

By using the website or booking/purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for users aged 18 or older. If you use it on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

What we offer

The website presents general information and marketing for consulting and project-based work in marketing, positioning, funnels, content, and AI for business, in line with the descriptions on the marketing and related pages. Content is for general information; only a separate written agreement for a specific project defines the exact deliverables, scope, fees, and schedule.

We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate, but the Site is provided as is and does not replace professional, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Site.

Booking and online payment

You must provide complete and accurate details for bookings or payments, including as requested by the payment provider. A transaction is valid only if approved by the card company or payment provider. We do not store your full card data on the Site. Obvious material errors in published prices or descriptions may be corrected; you may be asked to confirm the correct price.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds for distance transactions are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and related regulations, including where a service is scheduled for a specific time (for example, cancellation no later than seven (7) business days before the start of a scheduled service, unless the law or a written agreement provides otherwise or more favorable terms to you). The 14-day cooling-off period and extensions for protected groups under the law apply where the law provides.

To exercise a lawful cancellation, send a written notice to zisman.serg@gmail.com with your name, ID number (if required), and enough details to identify the service and transaction.

Where a statutory cancellation fee applies, it will not exceed what the law allows (for example, up to 5% of the price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, where permitted).

Acceptable use

You will not use the Site unlawfully, attempt to breach security, scrape or misuse content, or infringe our or third parties' rights. We may suspend access if needed.

Intellectual property

The Site, branding, and materials are protected. No license is granted except what is needed to browse the Site. Deliverables for paid projects are governed by the project agreement.

Third-party links and payment

Links and embedded tools are not under our control. Payment processing is subject to the provider's terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (available in English, Russian, and Hebrew) is part of these Terms.

Liability and disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and services are provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages except where mandatory law says otherwise. Marketing, AI, and business results depend on many factors; we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts in the Tel-Aviv area shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on the Site at the time of a purchase applies, unless a written agreement with you says otherwise.
